After it has been attempting to opload for a few hours it says: *record format convert disastrous* why would it want to change the format? I was able to opload MTS format before no problem? What should I do please help.

Or you can convert the files to work in Windows Movie Maker. MM doesn’t support HD video, like AVCHD.
