After it has been attempting to opload for a few hours it says: *record format convert disastrous* why would it want to change the format? I was able to opload MTS format before no problem? What should I do please help.

Your record .mov files are not supported, but if still wish to edit thru WMMaker, convert your videos to .avi or wmv. Try mov converter.

It works like a charm. It will convert both audio and video to your destination format. It’s well worth the price; thankfully.
